Masters Swim Class in Laramie?!

This afternoon my brother and I took his daughter and son, along with my "adopted granddaughters" to the Laramie Rec Center here in town. My nephew is in the Boy Scouts and needs to pass a swim skill test. Since my brother and I both have experience with competitive swimming, we took him to give us a chance to see what he needed to work on in order to meet his requirements. While we were busy in the "8-lane" pool, the girls had fun in the "Leisure pool", splashing around having a great time, in spite of the fact that the air temperature outside was probably in the mid 40s!

As I entered the rec center, I noticed this flyer posted around the facility. It seems that about two weeks ago they started offering a "Masters Swim Class". From the flyer, it looks that this is something I need to check out. I talked to the young ladies at the front desk and they said they didn't have much information, as it was a brand new class. They did give me the aquatics facility supervisor's business card and said that he was the person in charge of the program.

So I've sent him an email and I'm eager to hear back from him. If I don't hear from him by Monday evening, I will probably stop by the pool and take a look. I'm hoping that this works out!
